To secure your complimentary portrait session as part of our special promotions, we require a $100 reservation credit.

This credit confirms your commitment to the time reserved exclusively for you and ensures we can serve clients who truly value the opportunity.

The reservation credit is fully refundable up to 7 days before your session, or applied back to you after your Zoom reveal. If a session is cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of the appointment, the credit is forfeited.

Love-Your-Portraits Guarantee: If you don’t love at least one image at your reveal, we’ll reshoot for free or refund your reservation credit.

How it works:

✅ Fully refundable when you attend both:
– Your scheduled portrait session.
– Your scheduled Zoom appointment to view your portraits.

🚫 Non-refundable if you:
– Cancel within 7 days of your session.
– Do not attend your session.
– Do not attend your Zoom appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 7 days’ notice to transfer your booking fee to a new date. (subject to availability)

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after your Zoom appointment.

Once your booking fee payment has been confirmed, if your requested date and time are still available, your session will be booked. You will then receive a confirmation email along with our Welcome Guide to help you prepare for your portrait session.
