STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Due to high demand, Hudson Wren is often booked 1-2 months ahead. Our dedicated team collaborates from different cities to provide our clients with a memorable, custom portrait experience marked by unrivalled excellence.

If you've been offered a complimentary session, your booking fee aids in curbing no-shows and last-minute cancellations, ensuring that our clients are as invested in creating their beautiful portraits as we are. This fee turns into a studio credit at your Zoom ordering session to use towards any portrait purchases.

In case of rescheduling: We encourage thoughtful and considerate booking since rescheduling can be challenging and not always feasible. We operate under a minimum 7-day rescheduling policy. If rescheduling is unavoidable, please inform us at least 7 days ahead to make room for another family. Your deposit will then be transferred to a new date in our studio calendar. Any rescheduling within 7 days will necessitate an additional reservation fee.

In case of cancellation: Cancellation leads to the forfeiture of your reservation fee, which will be transformed into a studio credit with no expiration date, valid for artwork purchases.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. A fee guarantees the agreed-upon date/time for the portrait session.

  2. You are eligible for a full refund if you cancel your session within 72 hours of booking and payment. Please note that for charitable fundraising projects, there's a $100 participation fee that is nonrefundable and directly benefits the charity.

  3. Post the 72-hour window; if you cancel the session, the non-refundable reservation fee becomes a studio credit without an expiration date.

  4. A minimum of 7-day notice for rescheduling allows for an automatic transfer of your reservation fee to a new date.

  5. In case of cancellation, your reservation fee converts into a non-expiring studio credit for artwork purchases.

  6. If a photo session or Zoom meeting is rescheduled more than once, a non-refundable fee applies. This fee can be used towards any purchase.

  7. Arriving 20 minutes late to your session will automatically cancel due to insufficient time for portrait creation. No refunds will be offered.

  8. Being 10 minutes late or more for your Zoom reveal will lead to an automatic meeting cancellation. It will need rescheduling to maintain the quality of your experience and that of the next family. If this occurs, your reservation deposit is non-refundable but may still be applied towards a purchase if we can reschedule your Zoom within 30 days of your portrait session.

  9. If you have a gift credit, it is only valid for use during the Zoom appointment. It is null and void if not used at this original Zoom appointment.

  10. Client files are available for a limited duration of 28 days following your session.

Please note, due to the nature of our products, once prints/digital files of selected images have been delivered, all money paid is non-refundable. However, we provide a lifetime warranty for issues or defects on our prints and finished products.
