Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Must be used within 30 days of purchase

  • The portrait session must be booked and completed within 30 days of purchase.

  • We kindly require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for any reschedule or cancellation.

  • Suppose there is more than one reschedule or cancellation. In that case, the voucher will convert to a $295 studio credit toward any portraits or artwork of your choice. The 8x10 matted print will no longer be included.

  • This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

  • This voucher is not redeemable for cash.

  • May not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or credits.

  • The 8x10 matted fine-art print is valid for selection during your Zoom ordering appointment only.
